I bostadsrättsföreningen använder vi ett taggsystem för att öppna entrédörrar, förrådsdörrar, grindar och tvättstugor. Man använder även sin tagg för att boka en tvättid eller Gårdshuset. Tappar du bort en tagg är det väldigt vikitgt att anmäla det till styrelsen snarast så vi kan spärra den.
Porttelefonen fungerar så att den ringer din privata mobil. Står det fel namn i porttelefonen eller att du vill byta nummer är det bara att mejla styrelsen. När porttelefonen ringer får du ett samtal från 072-530 30 14, ett tips är att lägga till detta nummer som en kontakt. För att öppna för din gäst tycker du 5 på din knappsats på mobilen.

OBS. Den gamla vita porttelefonen kan tas bort utan att behöva meddela styrelsen. Detta system används inte längre inom föreningen.
In the housing association, we use a tag system to open building doors, storage doors, bike room, gates and laundry rooms. You will also need to use your tag to book a washing room time and to book the Gårdshuset. If you lose a tag, it is very important to report it to the board as soon as possible, so we can block its access.
The door intercom is setup to call your private mobile. If there is a wrong name on the intercom or if you want to change the number, just email the board. When the intercom rings, you get a call from 072-530 30 14 (A tip wold be to add this number to your contacts as "Building Intercom"). To open for your guest, press 5 on your mobile keypad.

NB. The old white intercom phones can be removed from your apartment without notifying the board. This system is no longer used in the association.
